Usage Rights & Licensing Agreement
1. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All visual assets, designs, and deliverables created by Brandwich House (a project of Antaios EOOD) remain the intellectual property of Antaios EOOD until full payment is received.
2. Usage for Clients
Upon full payment, the client receives non-exclusive, non-transferable usage rights for all finalized assets delivered as part of the agreed service. These rights include use for print, digital, and media purposes — unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Modification & Redistribution
Clients may resize or crop visual assets as needed for media use. However, edits that alter the visual character or integrity of the design are not permitted without prior written consent.
4. Third-Party Use
No part of the Brandwich House website, its contents, or design assets may be duplicated, distributed, or reused by third parties without express written permission.
5. Credits & Visibility
Brandwich House reserves the right to display design work in its portfolio, website, and social channels, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
6. Templates & Original Work
All design work is handcrafted for each client. Brandwich House does not use mass-market templates or AI-generated visual shortcuts unless clearly stated and agreed upon.
Note: Use of Brandwich House assets beyond the scope outlined here may result in legal action. For licensing extensions or transfer of rights, please contact legal@brandwichhouse.com.
